Sending Invoices & Reminders
Share invoices over WhatsApp, Email and SMS using each customer's preferences, read the per-channel results, and send timely reminders to get paid faster.
Once an invoice is ready, getting it in front of your customer takes a couple of taps. InvoiceKaro sends over Email, WhatsApp or SMS based on each customer's notification preferences — and you can follow up with reminders just as easily.
The send / success modal
After you save and send, a success modal gives you everything you need to deliver and keep a copy:
- Share on WhatsApp — open WhatsApp with the invoice and its pay link ready to send.
- Share by Email — email the invoice with the PDF attached, sent from
billing@invoicekaro.com. - Download PDF — save a copy for your records.
- Print — print a hard copy when you need one.
Sending by customer preference
Each customer has per-channel notification preferences — SMS, WhatsApp and Email. When you send, InvoiceKaro uses the channels that customer has opted into, so you don't have to remember who prefers what.
- 1Set a customer's channels when you add or edit them — see Customers.
- 2Send the invoice; InvoiceKaro delivers over each enabled channel.
- 3Review the per-channel results to confirm what went out (and where it didn't).
billing@invoicekaro.com. Account emails — welcome, verification codes and trial reminders — come from noreply@invoicekaro.com.Sending reminders
Chasing a single overdue invoice is quick: open it and send a reminder, which again follows that customer's preferred channels.
- 1Filter the Invoices tab to Overdue to see who needs a nudge — see Managing invoices.
- 2Open the invoice and tap Remind, or select several and use the bulk Remind action.
- 3The reminder includes the pay link so the customer can settle in one tap.
