What's inside an evidence pack

When you generate a pack, InvoiceKaro assembles a single PDF containing:

The invoice — the GST invoice raised for the milestone or project.
Proof — the files, links and notes you attached as proof of delivery.
Reminder history — a log of every payment reminder you sent and when.
Signed acceptance — the immutable acceptance certificate, with approver name, email, IP, browser, timestamp and the SHA-256 bundle hash.

MSME 45-day breach flagging

If you're a registered MSME, the law is on your side. Under the MSMED Act (sections 15–16), a buyer must pay an MSME supplier within 45 days. The Collect Payment Health dashboard tracks this clock for you and surfaces the MSME 45-day breach amount — the money owed to you past that legal deadline.

What a breach unlocks

Once a buyer crosses the 45-day limit, you can claim interest at up to three times the RBI bank rate (compounded monthly) and escalate through the MSME Samadhaan portal. InvoiceKaro flags the breach and the amount so you know exactly where you stand.
