Team Management

Invite teammates by name, phone and email with a Staff, Manager or Admin role, and remove members when they leave — available on Professional and Enterprise.

As your business grows, share the load. Team Management lets you invite colleagues, give each one the right level of access, and remove them when they move on — so the right people can bill, chase and manage without sharing a single login.

Team Management is available on the Professional and Enterprise plans. To unlock it, see Plans, trial & upgrading.

Invite a teammate

  1. 1Open Profile → Team Management.
  2. 2Tap Invite and enter the teammate's name and phone (email optional).
  3. 3Choose a role — Staff, Manager or Admin — to set what they can do.
  4. 4Send the invite; they sign in with their own phone or email (OTP, no password) and join your workspace.

Teammates sign in the same passwordless way you do — a 6-digit OTP over WhatsApp/SMS or email. See Create your account.

Roles

Each member is assigned one of three roles. Pick the least access someone needs to do their job.

RoleTypical use
StaffDay-to-day work — create invoices and manage customers.
ManagerOversees billing and collections across the team.
AdminFull control, including team and account settings.
Tip
Keep Admin to a trusted few — Admins can manage the team and account-wide settings.

Remove a member

When someone leaves, open Team Management, find their entry and remove them. Their access ends immediately, while the invoices and records they created stay with your business.
