Printing & Thermal Receipts
Print a full A4 tax invoice, or a thermal receipt sized for the 58mm and 80mm rolls counter printers use.
Not every customer wants a PDF. A shop counter needs paper in hand, and the paper it needs is a narrow till roll, not an A4 sheet. InvoiceKaro prints both.

Printing an invoice
- 1Find the invoice — In the Invoices tab, tap ⋯ More on its card. Drafts print too — you don't have to issue an invoice to put it on paper.
- 2Choose the format — Print gives the full A4 tax invoice; Print receipt (roll) gives the thermal receipt.
- 3Pick your roll width — For a receipt, choose 58mm or 80mm to match the paper in your printer.
On a quick bill, Save & print skips all of this and sends the receipt straight out.
Receipt width
Thermal rolls come in two common sizes. 80mm is the usual desktop till printer; 58mm is the narrow roll used by handheld and Bluetooth printers. Picking the wrong one gives you cut-off text or a wastefully narrow column, so check the roll before your first print.
Connecting a printer
InvoiceKaro prints through your device's own printing, so anything your phone or computer can already print to will work — a USB or network till printer, a Bluetooth handheld, or Save as PDF.
- Android — install your printer's plugin or Mopria, then it appears in the print dialog.
- Windows / macOS — any installed printer works, including shared network printers.
- Bluetooth till printers — pair the printer in your device settings first; it then shows up like any other.
