Collect
Reminders & AI Messages
Set a default reminder schedule per milestone and let the AI Collection Assistant draft the right follow-up — by tone and in English or Hindi.
Chasing payments is the part everyone hates. Collect handles it for you: each milestone can carry a default reminder schedule, and the AI Collection Assistant drafts the actual message in the tone and language that fits — so following up feels firm but never awkward.
Default reminder schedule
Once a milestone exists, you can attach a default reminder schedule from its ⋯ More → Schedule default reminders so follow-ups go out on a cadence instead of relying on you to remember. The schedule travels with the milestone, so once it's set, the chasing happens on autopilot until the invoice is marked paid.
The AI Collection Assistant
Rather than writing the same *“just following up”* message over and over, the AI Collection Assistant drafts a payment reminder for the milestone. You choose the tone and the language, and it produces a ready-to-send message grounded in that milestone's details:
| Tone | Best for |
|---|---|
| Polite | An early, friendly nudge soon after the due date. |
| Firm | A clearer follow-up when a payment is genuinely overdue. |
| Final notice | A last, serious notice before you escalate. |
Each tone is available in English or Hindi, so you can match how you normally speak to that client.
Draft and send a reminder
- 1Open the milestone and tap the AI message option in its action row.
- 2Pick a tone (Polite, Firm or Final notice) and a language (English or Hindi).
- 3The draft is read-only and WhatsApp-toned — hit Copy to put it on your clipboard.
- 4Copy the drafted message and send it to your client yourself. There's no in-app send and no channel picker.
Reminders feed your evidence
Every reminder you send is logged as reminder history for the milestone. That history is included in the evidence pack, so you can show not just *that* a payment was due but that you followed up properly and gave the client every chance to pay — which matters in any dispute or MSME escalation.
